Everyone has horror stories of working with bad
contractors. However, seldom is heard the story of a perfect
performance, which was our experience with Paul. My past
experience with contractors had me always having to chase
them down. By contrast, Paul "chased" US down.
He was always available to us, always calling to ask US if
we had any more questions, making notes on his clipboard
and keeping track of every conversation and every little
detail. From the day Paul started the project, he ran the
whole event like a very tight ship. There were absolutely
no delays, lags, or dead times on our project. Brilliantly
orchestrated, every subcontractor was on time and showed
up exactly at the required point in the project. The crews
Paul hires are to a person, pleasant, courteous and friendly.
His carpentry crew was exacting to a hair-splitting degree,
executing even very difficult tasks superbly well. It is
telling that his crew and every subcontractor really enjoys
working for him.
From the beginning and throughout the whole process, Paul
really, seriously listened to our wishes, sincerely respected
them and worked hard to help us achieve our desires. We could
simply not be happier with how splendidly this large project
went! We are thrilled with our resulting building and will
be proud to show it any who would wish to see a stunning
example of the work done by Paul Alexander Construction.
